崗位職責：1. 負責自動駕駛相關的行為決策、障礙物預測、路徑規劃等算法的研發和工程化實現；2. 協助負責自動駕駛汽車規劃系統的研發、調試和測試工作；3. 協同感知、定位等團隊進行系統集成調試和實車驗證；崗位要求：1. 具有3年以上自動駕駛或相關領域工作經驗，有帶掛卡車或多自由度底盤自動駕駛規劃與決策算法開發經驗者優先考慮；2. 精通 C++、Python 等編程語言，具備良好的編程習慣和代碼優化能力，能夠熟練運用數據結構與算法知識進行高效的軟件開發；3. 深入理解機器人運動學、動力學原理，熟練掌握軌跡規劃和優化算法和決策算法（如有限狀態機、馬爾可夫決策過程、強化學習等），并能根據不同底盤特性進行針對性的算法設計與優化；4. 熟悉自動駕駛系統架構和開發流程，有豐富的自動駕駛系統集成與調試經驗，能夠與多團隊協作完成復雜系統的開發任務；5. 具備扎實的數學基礎，熟練掌握線性代數、概率論、優化方法等數學工具，能夠運用數學模型對帶掛卡車的行駛行為進行精確建模與分析。加分項：學習、應用、研究過以下領域算法中的一項或多項者優先：1.車輛或機器人行為決策，對手車或行人意圖和軌跡預測；2. 軌跡規劃、路徑搜索、路徑平滑；3. 采樣算法、優化算法；4.狀態估計、控制、系統建模、強化學習、機器學習、模式識別、端到端。
