職位描述：1、參與與公司自動化框架需求收集與分析，架構設計，根據需求編寫流程圖，制定測試開發計劃、風險評估，實施及測試運維；2、參與公司自動化工具類的設計，開發，測試及維護；3、負責公司所有系統的自動化測試（接口，功能，性能，集成等測試）用例的開發，維護；4、編寫測試報告，對測試結果進行總結與統計分析，并給出有價值的改善意見和建議；5、收集軟件研發過程中存在的風險，并及時反饋；6、搭建接口、UI自動化框架，并針對業務場景制訂自動化測試計劃與用例，提高測試質量和效率；7、撰寫工具使用文檔，內部培訓。職位要求：1. 本科以上學歷，5年以上自動化軟件、智駕測試經驗；2. 工作態度認真踏實，有積極學習的心態，具有較強的責任心和耐心，有良好的溝通理解能力及團隊合作精神，具備較強的抗壓能力；3. 熟悉敏捷開發及CI/CD，熟悉Git, Jenkins, Sonar等持續集成工具；4. 熟悉常用中間件MySQL/Nginx/Redis/MQ的使用；5. 熟練使用Pytest/unittest/Selenium/Spring等自動化測試工具，可獨立搭建測試平臺；6. 精通掌握Python/Java編程語言，可獨立開發測試工具或者參與測試平臺建設。7. 具有自動化測試(UI自動化，接口自動化）的建設經驗優先；8. 熟悉軟件測試理論和軟件測試流程，對各種測試方法和策略，如黑盒，白盒，模糊，壓力，可用性等測試非常了解。
