職責(zé)描述：
Job Description:
1. Understand Oracle Property Manager (PN) Business requirements & requisite processes to enable translation to software requirements and functional design documents.
2. Work as key functional resource to implemented end to end Oracle Property Manager solution including Lease Management, Space Management and integrate with Oracle EBS AR/AP.
3. Lead and execute deliverables independently including document processes, issues and resolutions for education / training purposes
4. Communicate effectively with US team throughout the implementation process.
5. Coordinate with technical resources for unique customization and report packages as needed.
6. Provide support coverage between US time and China time.

任職要求：
Key Requirement:
1. In-depth understanding of Commericial Estate and Accounting functions; previous Oracle Financials experience preferred.
2. Has cumulative work experience of 5 years hands-on experiences of implement Oracle
Property Manager and AR modules.
3. Ability to work independently with global team and oversee clients.
4. Well versed with Oracle AIMs methodology, Data Conversion approach
5. Expert in functional testing, preparation and execution of test cases
6. Have good analytical skills to analyze the support issues and provide resolution.
7.Should be able to articulate technical solutions as well.
8. Excellent communication and presentation in English are must.Property Manager and AR modules.
