職責描述：
1. Arrange the team routine work, setup the team annual objectives and plan while ensure the implementation
2. Set up complete AP process, drive the business department run the AP process efficiently , support the business development
3. Provide relevant data and report to business department and management to assist the improvement of performance
4. Organizing team building and motivation, keeping team morale, promote personnel development and adequate rotation inside team and SSC
5. Ensure Real Estate payment can be made by accurately and timely
